These terms govern your use of molga.work and services provided by MOLGA INC ("MOLGA"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

MOLGA provides software consulting, automation engineering, and software products (including EF Companion). Consulting engagements are governed by individual statements of work; where a statement of work conflicts with these terms, the statement of work controls.

Subscriptions and billing

Product subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices, billing frequency, and included usage are presented at signup. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. For billing questions or refund requests, contact [email protected] — we respond within 2 business days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services — including attempting to disrupt them, accessing them without authorization, or using them to violate applicable law (including telecommunications and anti-spam regulations).

SMS and voice services

Products that send SMS or voice messages do so only with subscriber consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact information you provide. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MOLGA retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and platforms; clients own the deliverables specified in their statement of work.

Disclaimer and liability

Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. MOLGA's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
